Fruit, vegetables, honey, cured meats, cheeses, wines and much more at the zero-mile farmer’s market in Berzo San Fermo, every fourth Sunday of the month.
The farmer’s market at Berzo San Fermo (BG) was launched in April 2016, with the objective of highlighting and promoting the local economy and the farms at the heart of the Berzo district.
On their stands, the farmers taking part display traditional, seasonal and fresh products, made using production techniques that remind us all just how important it is to work “like they did in the old days”.
Quality is the beating heart of markets such as this. The direct contact between farmer and customers makes it possible to develop relations of mutual trust and support.
The traditional appointment at Berzo San Fermo, comprising the exhibition and display of traditional local products, is held during the morning (from 9.00 a.m.), managed by the local farms. The date is for the fourth Sunday of each month, at the sports fields, with aperitifs offered at 11.00 a.m. by the farms present.
